Post Production Manager

Are you an organized and quality-oriented professional? Interested in Mobile Games? Then we’ve got a challenging position for you! Sumea is looking for a full-time Post Production Manager to oversee the post production process for mobile games and applications.

Primary responsibilities:

Managing whole post production process including quality assurance and creation of all required handset versions from few reference versions
Cooperating with post-production team in our US headquarters to meet global distribution requirements for mobile games and applications
Managing, directly or indirectly, all members of the post production staff, including the post production engineers and testers
Moderating support to sales and account management teams

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related subject
Work experience in configuration management, quality assurance or product development in managerial positions
Process level knowledge of configuration management, product release and quality assurance
Work experience in game development and mobile content distribution will be an advantage

Personal qualities:

Strong organization skills and fundamental commitment to quality
Strong leadership qualities to recruit and motivate an internal team
Ability to work in a team environment
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to cope with rapidly evolving business and technology environment
A lot of interest and also some knowledge of games and games industry
