Game Engineer
Interested in mobile games? Then we’ve got a challenging position
for you! Sumea is looking for a part-time or full-time Game Engineer.
Primary responsibilities in this position are:
Porting and localizing games to different technologies, handsets and languages
Product configuration management and configuration tools development
Quality assurance
The successful candidate is an advanced student or recent graduate in
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme in computer science
or related subject. All work experience in Java/J2ME software development
is considered an advantage. Game Engineer position is an entry-level
position.
Personal qualities and skills that are important in the position include:
Attention to detail
and meticulous and organized working habits
Skill and experience
in software engineering, especially with Java and J2ME
Knowledge of configuration
management and quality assurance practices
A lot of interest and also
some knowledge of games and games industry
