Game Producer

Can you lead teams of designers, artists and programmers? Then we’ve got an exciting position for you! Sumea is looking for a full-time Game Producer for its Game Development Team. To be the perfect candidate, you:

are very thorough and can handle a lot of detail
have working experience with Microsoft Project, Excel and Word
communicate very clearly both in speech and in writing, in English
speak and write passable Finnish, and understand spoken Finnish
are able to understand the concerns and issues of programmers, artists and game designers
can say NO to people, with courtesy of course
distribute work evenly
inspire people to work as a team
love games!
experience in branding and positioning of products is a plus
